 Who and where

The paw emporium established august 2021 offered customers  a wide selection of frozen raw dog food brands such as prime raw, Durham animal feed and more. As well as dry treats and accessories.  The company started off as an additional source of revenue for Gro Supplies. but then span off into its own dedicated company

What I contributed 

For the first 7 months I was the face of the company undertaking a managerial role greeting and serving customers on the till. I also took customers orders. While balancing my other duties in the company. 

I also launched thepawemporium.co.uk website the same year in 2021 up until December 2023 which is when I left active duties. I accumulated 668 completed orders. Which generated a total of £19.506.43 net sales. 

The online sales were purely driven by organic SEO traffic. Majority of the foot traffic was driven by my social media posts. Facebook marketplace was the primary social media platform. Which helped the company generated £10,000 sales a month

Orders generated through the website varied from collections, postal and local deliveries. I played a role in delivering customer orders. These varied In locations from Newcastle to Sunderland. Some deliveries delivered in work hours and some out of hours depending on the demand. We offered this service Monday to Friday.
